We Are All Anti-Fascist

Here is a fact: very few people openly come out as fascist, only the hardcore skinhead KKK type will do that.  No politician in modern times after Adolf Hitler has campaigned openly as a fascist.  The reason for that is simple.  After the horrors the world saw and experienced in WW2, the fascists got smart and went underground.  Never again would people openly support their agenda and they knew it.  Never again would they be able to openly mobilize an entire country to do their biddings.  And their biddings are really quite simple: endless profits, endless wealth and global domination.  Thus, the title of this article, we are all anti-fascist, we the working class people that is.

I propose that fascism is very much alive and well and the USA is at the epicenter.  Why else would there be a group called ANTIFA (anti-fascists) if there wasn't fascism?  If your natural instinct is to hate ANTIFA without even considering if there are at least some legitimatacy to their claims, you are facilitating fascism.  These fascist monsters seek to turn the entire world into a single fascist government on a single currency and under a global military, ran by a few thousand people.  When this happens there will be no turning back, and Democracy, Capitalism and personal freedoms will be a long gone thing of the past only whispered about.  If you have ever read the final book in the Bible, this is the modern day equivalent of that dream from John the revelator.  If you read George Orwell's 1984, he was correct just a bout 30 years too early in his predictions.

This is a bold statement and I know it, especially when all of our citizens say this is the "land of the free and the home of the brave."  This phrase used to mean something, nowadays it is only part of the fascist propaganda illusion machine.  To back that statement here are definitions of fascism from multiple sources, lets begin the analysis.

Robert Paxton of Columbia University:  This is a 20th century political practice that becomes popular to the public through sophisticated propaganda techniques pushing anti-liberal, anti-socialist, violently exclusionary, expansionist and nationalist agenda.

I agree whole heartedly with this definition, does it accurately describe the USA?  Our propaganda machine is very well oiled and controlled by a few sources.  The government and Facebook are quite cozy sharing data and censoring when a narrative doesn't fit national interests.  The anti-liberal yes absolutely if you look at the cuts to medi-care, social security, and health-care all the while coming up with trillions to give to primarily wealthy Americans during the COVID-19 inflationary sloshing.  When it comes to socialism for the rich it is "we need to stimulate the economy" but when it comes to throwing bones for the working class it is "we need to focus on the debt and stop spending" and round and round we go, so predictable its disgusting.  Anti-socialist in the intended original definition by Marx: common work people sticking together to overthrow their masters and make their own lives better through cooperation.  Of course our fascist masters aren't going to allow this so they have a militarized police force all over the country.  Violently exclusionary, just look at the racism propaganda being thrown around by the media to get everyone stirred up all the while distracting us from the trillions of $ that are being stolen from us.  Build that wall we need to keep out the immigrants, meanwhile small business owners know that immigrants are the only ones who will do some of the most back breaking jobs.  Expansionist, we always have to grow the economy, even though nothing expands forever and nature has limitations to what we can develop on this planet.  We are already seeing the impacts of the illusion of limitless growth.  And finally the nationalist agenda in the USA.  Just look at the advertising for the military in sports, especially violent sports like the NFL.  Here we have 4% of the world's population having enjoyed being the world currency reserve for 70 years now, the ability to limitlessly print our currency with no ramifications and thus build the most sophisticated, technologically superior military so we could continue to dismantle opposition to this corporate oligarchy fascist machine.  We pick on small countries and steal their resources, all the while touting democracy building!  Republican and Democrats alike talk about this being the greatest country on earth, even though our president made it to power with the slogan "Make America Great Again", implying that it wasn't that great but stroking our nationalistic pride none the less.

What does Wikipedia have to say on the subject?  To boil it down it is a far-right, authoritarian, ultra-nationalistic, dictatorship ran through regimentation of society and economy.  They propose that liberal democracy is obsolete and strive for complete mobilization of society under a single party state.  I mostly agree with this definition too.

Saying fascism is far right is misleading because extreme conservativism would be anarchism or the lack of a centralized federal government.  This would be a fascist nightmare because without all of us voluntarily choosing to send roughly 25% of our money to a single city Washington DC, none of their global aspirations would come into reality.  What the fascists have learned to do is talk about the national debt and remind us that we are broke, but continue to take 25% of our money while slowly and steadily decreasing the services they offer back to us the working middle class, all the while slowly and steadily increasing the military spending to further entrench their positions of power.  The top dog(s) on the fascist food chain the Rothschilds control most of the central banks of the world.  When countries spend more than they bring in through taxes they rack up debts.  The Rothschilds gain enormous sums of money when we run deficits.  Authoritarian 100% yes.  Look at our military spending compared to the rest of the world.  We spend roughly $1 Trillion per year (that we openly admit, there is also the "dark budget" and the fact the recent audit of the military had trillions of $ missing) and this is more than the next 9 largest military spending combined!  To say it another way we are the global bullies and nobody can really do anything about it.  We have also militarized the police forces all over the country, just watch the videos online, these people do not serve us.  And about 1% of our citizens are incarcerated!  That is more than double any other country even China and Russia!  Are we a dictatorship?  Well of course!  Each president has added executive powers and they don't get taken away because Congress allowed it.  The president can declare war without the consent of the Congress and that is the end of discussion right there.  Regimentation of society and centralized control of the economy, yes of course.  Read The Creature from Jekyll Island about the history of the federal reserve (The FED) if you don't believe me.

What about Simple Politics definition?  Right wing (untrue actually extreme left wing), nationalistic, rebirth of a nation, authoritarian.  The rebirth has happened with both of the last two presidents.  Barack Obama came into power after the bank created recession of 2009 and promised hope and change and he even claimed the ocean levels would stop rising!  So much hubris.  Donald Trump wanted to make us great again which should have insulted us all right away but instead he inspired nearly 25% of the country to vote for him and his following is almost cult like and rigidly loyal inspite of what he actually does.  And why?  Because the alternative is worse and they do truly believe this, thank you FOX NEWS.

How about Free Dictionary definition?  Centralized, Totalitarian, Nationalistic government that strictly controls Finance, Industry and all Commerce through rigid Censorship.  Fascist governments eliminate opposition through the secret police.

I 100% agree with this definition.  Global commerce and most governance outside of China and Russia runs through Washington DC.  We are the most centrally planned economy and government in the history of the world.  We don't do it openly, rather we mask our activities through lobbying and the stock market.  State governments are not autonomous, they fall under the umbrella of the USA.  It wasn't supposed to be this way if you read the constitution.  And how do we keep things this way?  If other countries fall out of line and stop spending our monopoly money, our preferred method is the modern day version of the secret police or the CIA (as outlined in the book Confessions of an Economic Hitman a book written by a former CIA agent and whistleblower), but if we need to we call in the military and we don't even need congressional approval anymore!

How about Political Research's definition?  Their definition is a little more involved.  Fascism is an extreme right wing, extreme nationalism beyond all other loyalties, the rebirth after a long period of decline, calls for a spiritual revolution away from individualism and materialism, calls for the purge of alien forces and other groups that threaten our way of life.  Also celebrates masculinity, power and youth.  I agree with all of these and have already touched on most of them.

I agree with the above definitions but prefer the most simplistic of all, by my favorite author Noam Chomsky.  Noam defines fascism as a special form of economic arrangement where there is centralized state coordination of large corporations and unions, i.e. the same people run the government and the large corporations.

When the government sets the stage for large corporate domination, it does through laws, through regulations of small businesses and through taxes.  The large corporations do not answer to these same laws, they have placed themselves squarely above the law.  Over time this erodes small business and all of our jobs are either through large corporations or through the government, but these are ran by the same people.  All of the other unfavorable traits of fascism that we dislike happen because of this one characteristic.  And for this reason Chomsky states that all developed countries are fascist, they just take on different forms depending on the culture.

This is a sobering statement and one that weighs on me constantly.  How would we overcome such an overriding and all powerful thing as global fascism?  We all need to be openly ANTI FASCIST.

Here are the ways in which I believe we should be openly anti-fascist.  We should turn off all forms of media this is their propaganda machine and we should ignore their messages.  We should live independently with an open mind, considering the opinions of all and not allowing political parties, or racial differences divide us.  We should arrange our lives so we do not legally pay taxes which supports the fascist regime.  Most of our taxes are paid through payroll taxes so we need to arrange our lives so that we don't need to work.  This involves being happy with what you have, living minimally, more free time and less working, growing your own food, shopping local, paying off your debt, bartering with others and rejecting blind materialism.  We should uphold the anarchist principle of non-aggression and non-violence.  Never is it ok to intentionally cause physical or emotional harm to another person, ever.  And this includes in other countries with a uniform on, under the delusion of nationalism.  We should non-violently assemble to make our voices heard.  We should oppose group think and loyalties to the nation above loyalties to God, ourselves and our family.  Basically live like Jesus every day!  If we all started doing this we would retreat from global fascism.

Ironically the "lefties" who are protesting as ANTIFA want to overthrow these governing institutions that control us and send our money directly to the wealthy elite.  However, the "conservatives" or the party of the founding fathers and the constitution are saying we should respect police and go back to our homes.  Our founding fathers were the original protesters and they took on the global empire of the time to regain their freedom.  Up is down and left is right in today's world!

As for me, I know fascism is just the modern day form of greed that is running rampant everywhere.  A handful of people have capitalized on their positions and now are firmly in control of the rest of us.  The sickness of consumerism has rotted away our core values and if we are to avoid their nasty plans for us we need to return to simpler lives, open up our hearts to loving all others just like Jesus told us to do.  Jesus warned us of wealth and seeking wealth and he told us it was easier for a horse to enter into the eye of a needle than for a wealthy man to enter into heaven.  Consider the sparrow, it doesn't toil nor sow.  He warns us of stacking up piles of anything, especially when there are so many around us that are suffering.  Global fascism is extreme sin and we must turn our backs to it and return to the life Jesus lays out for us.  As we turn to Jesus we will retreat from fascism.

There is a documentary on YouTube that traces fascism back to its origins and explains how so few people control so many, do yourself a favor and watch it.  Everything is a Rich Man's Trick!  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uy_DUHLEt2o

All The Bums Included

I consider myself a middle class, middle minded, small business owner and farmer, some Christian, some Anarchist, fiscally conservative and for the most part socially liberal.  On the graph below we would be to the right of the middle of the curve but nowhere near the circled B group.  We have friends on all parts of the graph. To address the graph.  Based on my life experiences, the circled group of A and B combined to include more than 90% of the "bums" I have ever known.  In general bums are net takers rather than net givers.  As you go further to the right you get richer people.  As you go further up the y axis there are more people.  I would like to focus on the tails of the graph where we find most of our problem children.  I feel the bums in America are pulling to the extremes and taking for granted that the rest of us in the middle will keep propping them up.  We should stand up to these bums, and soon. Now for the fun part a...

Lil Getaway

Megan and I just returned from a 5 day stay in Tulum, Mexico.  Kind of a last bit of hibernation mode until we start seeds and do it all over again!  Here are some of the highlights. The lodging was compliment of Hilton and included all of our meals and drinks.  We typically started the day with a walk around 8:30 for about an hour, then on to full breakfast buffet, literally everything you could imagine.  The highlights for me were egg whites with salsa, sauteed veggies, bacon, capers, smoked salmon, fresh fruit and sourdough bread.  Y'all know I am a big boy, that kind of machine requires some serious fuel! Next came some lounging around the pool, which was right by the beach super convenient like.  Between the pool and ocean sessions, we would typically read, play gin or backgammon, or snack at the pool bar which also had very good food.  Roundabout 6 or so every day we would mozie on back to the room and get cleaned up for dinner. The dinners...

The Age of Idolatry

I have been stewing on this one for at least a year now, so here we go! My first introduction into the word Idolatry was as a child and we studied the Israelite people in the Bible.  As Moses was leading the people from slavery to a new life in the promised land, the people were worshiping the old gods in the form of physical idols.  It got bad enough that 20% of the Ten Commandments essentially told the people that was wrong. The Idolatry that I am referring to in this modern world has more to do with material possessions and extreme wealth accumulation.  It has more to do with staring at screens and the manufacturing of "famous" and "rich" people that many are programmed to imitate.  It has more to do with the ministry of information that is mentioned in Orwell's classic book 1984.  It has more to do with the basic functioning of Democracy depending on strong minded and independent thought, which is the primary defense against the constant onslaught of t...
